Don Keathley, owner of Antique Warehouse, north of Clinton,
Arkansas, has watched his business grow to 90,000 square feet of shops,
warehouses and showrooms in 12 buildings.
Eight years ago, about 90 percent of the business was wholesale; today it's 50 percent wholesale and 50 percent retail.
Keathley is a man who returned to his roots. A native of eastern Faulkner County, Keathley grew up in his father's antiques business in California. Wanting to return to the country life, the family moved back to Arkansas.
His brother Lyn moved back several years ago and is the supervisor for the operations.
Don Keathley travels the world over applying his vast antique knowledge, business and negotiations skills to bring to the antique industry some of the newest old products in the nation.
